In this afternoon you will explore the softer side of Acroyoga with Therapeutic Flying and Thai Massage. In Therapeutic Flying, the receiver floats on the feet of the giver, while being stretched, twisted and massaged. It is an opportunity to fully let go and have an sense of being held. Trust, loving touch and connection are vital parts in creating this soothing experience. We end with a delicious, long guided Thai Massage session to squeeze the last bits of tension out and get grounded.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, and it is not necessary to bring a partner.
Tea and snacks will be provided.
